have a new game that I have made a prototype,play tested with sucsess,adults aswell,ive done worldwide searches patents,titles so on,my idea is new,applied for patent,and registation of desighn,.this game is and will have the same craze as pogs plus it can also have a website,comletitions,magazines and more,ive done my research but stilll feel like a fish out of water

YOu mention doing worldwide searches of patents. In a number of cases games rules are copyrighted and a patent not filed so you may not find it doing that type of search. Are you looking at licensing or manufacturing it and selling it yourself?

Most companies that deal with games will want a detailed written set of rules, a prototype of the game, if the game is action oriented a video of the game in action will help show proof of concept. Do your best to research any company you plan on approaching so you know their line and how your product would fit. You also need to be able to list the "Hook" of your game and why it will do well among your competitors. Games are a hard market to break into you need to make your presentation short and concise. Take a look at my website and you can see two fo the games/toys I have invented and licensed.
