Hi Peter,
I thought i would reply to your first post here as i hope it will spark discussion from others...
To get the ball rolling can you give us an idea of what category of toy idea you have (plush toy, action figure, board game, outdoor toy etc). This will save time in giving advice that is not really relevant to your ideas.

Product Proposals to be submitted to Manufacturers that includes: ¡Product Submission Form ¡Mutual Non-disclosure Agreement ¡Drawing: A Mechanical Designer will create a computer-generated illustration of your invention idea that will also describe the concept, benefits, and functions of your product idea. ¡Legal Protection:Provisional Patent or Trademark Application conducted by a Registered Patent Attorney. ¡Finding Partners: Customized list of Manufacturing Contacts including pre-addressed envelopes ready for submission. Step 3: Negotiations
Assign you Licensing Agent. ¡You will have access to one of our Licensing Agents to negotiate with Manufacturers, Venture Capitalists, and any other interested parties.
