Toy inventors win case against Fisherprice

I was reading an article this week about two inventors who had approached Fisher price with a new idea for an electronic back pack for fire rescue figures. FP said they were not interested but proceeded to incorporate similar technology in the range later on. The two inventors hired lawyers to fight their corner and won their case. I guess this proves that the big guys can rip you off but also that if you have the resources and it does happen it is worth following up and proving it was your idea. Its difficult to protect yourself and even patents are not fool proof so be careful!
