ok before i start i just want to say that if my spelling and grammar is bad i'm sorry....ok so that said please read on
ok, so a few days ago i had an idea for a toy and did a few Google searches to see how to get my idea out there. and i came across a website called World Patent Marketing...they been helping with info and i also given them a brief description of my idea without giving to much info on my toy...first let me say that i first did a Free Evaluation, and signed a confidentiality agreement on there site.. and the company like my idea .... now im here because im new to this so i really dont know what to do...and if i should trust this company...... the project manager i been talking to been helpful and and since the company like my idea there going to help me with everything .....but.. the person i been talking to told me that there going to help me for 10% commission i think it was.... at that time i say i was ok with that... so my project manager said that the idea had to go thru some research stage where the company check if the idea is patentable and he said it pass ...now the company cant move forward with out my approval and a fee of $1,295 but that the company is going to put more money into this and that, that money is going in to the following:
global patent search and option
accredited university marketability study
detailed product specification
preliminary patent drawing
market demographics and psychographis ( i got an idea of what this is just not 100% sure)
SIC and NAICS coding ( i dont know what this is)
.....but my project manager told me this is my first fee that there will be one more and final fee after that. that will be between $1000 to $ 11000
so my questions are:
can i trust this company?
should i pay this fee?
where can i get an inverters to help me pay for this fee and others?
(really i need help i dont have the money to pay the fee )
what should i do next?
where can i get additional help if possible?
is there a way to do this free?
