You might want to take some time to learn about the Inventing industry first, before posting an open invitation to everyone that will sell you services you may or may not need. Unfortunately that is why many Inventors are in debt with nothing to show for it except a lot of services and a piece of paper that is worthless. Just because you have a patent does not mean the idea is marketable. It just means it is patentable. You could patent edible sneakers but would anyone really buy them? I have licensed 11 products using an NDA and a sell sheet. No PPA, no patent. And spent less than $100 on each, so it can be done. Go to my website and look at my blog and you will see plenty of free information to help you avoid getting ripped off. I would also suggest finding an inventor group near you that can help you get off on the right foot. rogerbrown.net/find-an-inventor-group-near-you/

I have created a family fun game, I believe this game will be a great success as we play it with our kids every family night. I need advice first off, right now I don't have any patents, none of the legal mumbo jumbo, its just a game we play at home. Can anyone help me do something with this? It can be huge.

Before you spend a dime make sure your game is unique. Look at what is out on the market. Determine what is your games HOOK and put that in your sell sheet. Understand that some toy companies will look at outside ideas presented by an Inventor. Others will want you to use a Toy Broker. Know exactly what that will cost you and the percentage you will lose. And understand just because you use a broker does not mean you will get a deal. And be wary of companies that make more money selling you services than getting a product to market. Check out my website www.rogerbrown.net for free examples of sell sheets, Inventor groups near you and more.

Please don't let your emotions control your decisions. Most inventors get excited thinking they have the next million dollar idea and are afraid it will get stolen if they don't rush and throw money into patents and prototypes before finding out what is already on the market or if their idea answers the Better Than question. Learn as much as you can BEFORE spending money so you can make informed decisions. Otherwise you are making everyone selling you services rich and you are in debt with nothing but frustration to show for it.
